VMS Meta Ads Builder (“the App”) is a software tool that allows authorized operators to create and manage advertising assets using Meta Platforms APIs.

By using this App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have:

• A valid Meta account
• Authorization to manage the Business, Ad Account, or Page you connect
• Authority to create advertising content for that account

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Comply with Meta advertising policies
• Not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
• Not use the App to violate Meta’s Platform Terms or Advertising Policies

4. API & Platform Dependency

This App relies on services provided by
Meta Platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• API outages
• Policy changes
• Account suspensions imposed by Meta
• Advertising performance results

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
