One Event. One Food Truck. A Crowd Ready for Dinner.

We’re always looking for quality food trucks to join the Serenade Range Food Truck Vendor Network in Whitehouse, Texas.

This is not a signup for one specific event.
This is our permanent registration page for food trucks who want to be considered for upcoming concerts, themed nights, and special events throughout the year.

🎯 What Makes Us Different

Unlike markets or street festivals:

We host only ONE food truck per event
There is no on-site food competition
Most guests arrive with the intention of having dinner
Our events are destination experiences — not walk-by traffic

When guests purchase tickets to a show, they are planning an evening out. Food is part of that experience.

Serenade Range is a live music venue and event space located in Whitehouse, TX.

We host:

Ticketed live concerts
Themed event nights
Seasonal festivals
Private events
Special community gatherings

Attendance varies by event, but we regularly host dedicated, music-loving crowds who come prepared to enjoy the full evening.

We’re seeking:

Professional, clean, well-maintained trucks
Friendly and efficient service teams
Reliable operators who show up ready to serve
Diverse menu options (BBQ, tacos, comfort food, specialty cuisine, desserts, etc.)

Because we feature only one truck per event, we aim to rotate cuisine types and build long-term partnerships.

💡 What to Expect

Event details are finalized before booking, but may include:

Vendor fee or percentage-based agreement
Set arrival and departure windows
Dedicated vending space
Power access (if available — confirmed in advance)
Marketing exposure through our website and social media
Inclusion in event promotions when possible

We communicate clearly and aim for smooth, organized event nights.

📋 Vendor Requirements

Before booking, vendors may be required to provide:

Valid food service permit
General liability insurance (COI may be required listing Serenade Range as additionally insured)
Sales tax compliance
Agreement to venue operating guidelines

Register through our Vendor Portal.
We review your application.
When an event matches your cuisine and availability, we’ll reach out.
You confirm participation.
Event logistics are finalized.

Registration does not guarantee placement at every event — but it ensures you’re considered.
