1) Who we are

VMS Meta Ads Builder (“the App”) is a tool that helps operators create and manage Meta advertising assets (campaigns, ad sets, ads) via Meta’s APIs.

2) What data we access

When you connect the App to Meta, we may access and process:

Meta identifiers such as Business ID, Ad Account ID, Page ID, and/or Instagram Account ID

Advertising objects you create or edit (e.g., campaign/ad set/ad names, budgets, schedules, targeting selections, creative settings)

Advertising performance and delivery data (e.g., insights/metrics) if you request reporting

Access tokens required to authenticate API requests on your behalf

3) How we use data

We use the data only to:

Authenticate your connection to Meta

Create, update, and validate ad assets you request

Retrieve lists and details needed for the App to function (e.g., available ad accounts, pages)

Troubleshoot and support operation (e.g., error diagnostics)

4) What we store

We aim to store the minimum necessary to operate the App. Depending on configuration, we may store:

Connection metadata (e.g., selected ad account/page IDs)

Operational logs (e.g., request timestamps, error messages, and diagnostic context)
We do not store your Meta password.

5) Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data only as needed to:

Communicate with Meta Platforms APIs to perform requested actions

Use infrastructure providers (hosting/logging) that support App operation, under appropriate confidentiality

6) Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the App’s functionality and support, and to meet legitimate operational needs. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7) Data deletion / disconnecting

You may request deletion of data associated with your use of the App by emailing: serenaderange@gmail.com
Subject: “Data Deletion Request — VMS Meta Ads Builder”
Include: your Meta Ad Account ID (and/or Business ID) and the timeframe of the data you want deleted.

You can also remove the App’s access from your Meta/Facebook settings. Once access is removed, the App can no longer access your Meta data.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit where available.

9) Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
